The Empire of the Cat is a book discussion group I used to be a part of when I had more time. They had some good book discussions about many genres, though mostly sci-fi & fantasy.
Sometimes you can also look up a specific author and discuss books on their websites, too. (Both books by that author and, sometimes, books by other authors.)
