1) Episode 4 - A New Hope - Fun cowboy movie before taking itself too seriously as a high drama.

2) Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi - I loved the way it ended especially in juxtaposition with Revenge of the Sith and his father. Good battle scenes. The Ewoks should have been the Wookie planet like in Sith.

3) Episdoe 5 - Empire Strikes Back - Very poor dialogue. Kicking battle with the Imperial Walkers. Great puppetry by Oz.

4) Episode 3 - Revenge of the Sith - Except for the laughable Frankenstein-like Darth Vader yelling a Simpsonesque NOOOOOOO! at the end, it was a very good dramatic segue into "A New Hope".

5) Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones - Showed what Yoda can do. Spent too much time developing complex plot and a horribly whiney Anakim and sappy love story. Ugh.

20) Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace - Does not even dignify a number. I could care less about any of the characters except R2D2. Too many funky aliens like the two headed announcer. Of course, Jar-Jar and the blubbery ocean people were a waste of time.

1) A New Hope - The only movie that could stand well on its own, rather than as part of the series.
2) Empire- Best story hands down
3) Jedi- the first hint of the series' decline with the introduction of the cutesy Ewoks
4) Revenge- We finally get to see round one of the Obi-Wan Vs Darth fight
5) Clones- Boba Fett!
6) Phantom- Not even Liam Neeson and Natalie Portman can save this film from Jar Jar and the baby Jedi
