MissCurious2021 asked: My boyfriend has already written a science fiction book and is attempting to publish it. I’ve seen some places that state a literary agent is necessary on many occasions or the publisher won’t even look at it. Is this true? If not how do you know which publisher to go to? Any recommendations or advice for a young first time science fiction writer?

primalclaws1974 asked: I have heard that the winner in recent years was “The Core”. I found it very interesting, but it was pretty hard to believe, especially the metal that was developed to create their ship.
The one that stands out to me the most is the recent version of “The Day the Earth Stood Still”. Klaatu’s ability to jumpstart machines and people was stupid, and the nanotech that was used to “eat” everything is silly in the fact that if such creatures existed, how would you contain them and control them?
What is your choice for least science-based science fiction movie?

17 Forever Ray asked: I have to read a science fiction book over the summer for my new class. Im not really in rush for it rite now, but i kind of want the book early so i can get it done.
